Where the USDC goes

Every USDC fee lands in the fee account. Each hour the keeper writes a receipt Memo with the hour's calls, USDC, the 70% burn share and the 30% protocol share. The burn share buys $WAFER on Jupiter and burns it with a Token-2022 burn; until the mint exists it accrues and is recorded in the receipts. Formulas and links are on the protocol page.
